Two interview stages, talent seeker had the first screening interview and second one was with manager/director of the jobsite. Both interviews were online. They were friendly and handled interviews very lightly.
Three people interviewed me, one project coordinator, the director of operations, and one labor manager. All were friendly and conversational. Most of the questions were about personal experience or situational.
