I never interviewed with anybody who works in the school. These guys dont care as long as you have a pulse and a teacher certificate. There are good people there, trust you will be fine. Good place to start graveyard for anything else

Great conversation and transparency: A discussion of demographics, area, culture of the school for all stakeholders and general background prior to any interview questions. Very clear my resume had been read and understood.
