It was about a week-long process. I was already interviewing at other companies, so the recruiting team wanted to catch up in that process.
I had about 6 interviews. I initially interviewed for the Partnerships role, but the management team thought I'd be a better fit as a Senior SDR. So we threw in 2 additional interviews just to see which team I'd want to work on the most. I agreed with the management team and saw that the SDR team was a better fit for my goals and personality.
All in all, as I expressed to the recruiting team, this was hands-down the most thoughtful, human-centered, engaging interview process that I've ever experienced. Everyone seemed to be more concerned about what I wanted, what my life goals are, how I want to be managed, etc. Kudos to everyone involved for making this experience so enjoyable!
For those interviewing, as cliche as this may sound, just relax and be yourself. This is in no way a scary, tricky, or mechanical interview process. It's very human from what I can tell, and it's all about mutual alignment.
