Very disorganized process. Company and org seemed to be rearranging and everyone I spoke to was incredibly overworked. For a mental health company, it seems they need to practice what they preach and take better care of the mental health of their employees. Recruiter was unsure of every step along the process with no clear guidance. Would not recommend.
