I deeply appreciated how well organized and thoughtful the entire interview process with Modern Health was. The lead recruiter was responsive, informative, helpful and a true pleasure to work with. The entire team was approachable and professional at the same time. They did an excellent job setting candidates up for success with the appropriate amount of information and follow up. I finished each phase even more excited to work with this group and was encouraged by how well they executed the interview process.

The interview process was clear, organized and transparent. I worked with Alli, a Business Recruiter, who is fantastic. She laid out the interview process clearly and was quick to respond to questions.
I met with several members of the CS team and had ample opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the role, etc.

Entretien
The interview process at Modern Health definitely set a new standard for me. Although it was a thorough process, the whole team set expectations with me from the start and continued to check in after each stage. It's clear that they want to make sure Modern Health is a fit for you as much as they want to find the perfect candidate. Each stage left me feeling even more excited about the company and the transparency each interviewer demonstrated was so refreshing. I definitely asked some tough questions and none of them went unanswered.
Process:
- 30 min call with recruiter
- 30 min Zoom with HM (HM manager offered to have another Zoom with me to make sure I had an opportunity to ask all of my questions)
- 30 min Zoom with HM to ask my questions
- 2 hr Zoom panel with cross-functional members (30-min with each panelist)
- 1 hr Zoom presentation
- 30 min Zoom with VP of Client Success

Entretien
I applied online for two roles and a recruiter reached out a few days later.
The recruiter, reached out and referenced a job role different than the one I applied for. It wouldn't have been a huge issue but it was a junior role than the two I applied for and not what I was looking to do.
When I asked what the budget or salary range for the role was, he was unable to come up with a number. He said he would be able to find out by EOD and would let me know. Six days passed and I didn't hear from him only for him to schedule another interview with the manager of the team for the role I did not apply for or wish to pursue.
I did not attend, but let him know I would not be a good fit for the org at this time
