There was a two-interview process. The first involved an interview with 3 or 4 other people (I can't recall). It was more of a general getting-to-know-you interview and I believe the dress code was semi-formal/semi-casual. The second interview was more of a demonstration. They taught you a bit of their method and then had the job applicants perform it with each other.

Very professional and helpful in answering all questions. The staff also combined an interview with training to get a feel of what we would be doing. It was very relaxing and professional.
