Interview went very smooth, helped me relax. I'm typically a nervous or anxious person, but this felt like a conversation with a friend. It really helped. Even the questions asked, were very friendly and allowed us to flow with the conversation.

Smooth and direct. Questions were the basic and kind of expected. The interview felt more like an expose to the Modsquad culture. Pay rate was discussed and agreed upon first contact.
