It was a while ago so it was very informal. It took a couple of hours, and I met with all the key people at the company at the time. I was originally assessed for a different role, but after I presented a personal project I got poached for a different role. It was overall a nice experience, and I felt very comfortable through out the entire process.

Three stages of interviews:
1. A phone call with HR.
2. A phone call with my engineering lead.
3. An in-person interview with several team members.
- Stage 3 involved 3 separate coding interviews, one after another, over the course of 3 hours. They asked about basic knowledge, e.g. OOP principles and data structures, and they presented several whiteboard coding problems.

I will start by saying I didn't receive an offer but I wish I would have. The panels that interviewed me were smart and made me feel welcome. When I got to their office 20 minutes early Devina from the recruiting team walked me around and offered me ice cream before 9am. Of course I want to work here!
One of the interview panels asked me a questions that I knew I wasn't going to be able to solve and still haven't been able to solve. I wonder if this is a trick question?
I got a call a few days later from Devina the recruiter to update me on my status. I have never had someone tell me they aren't going to offer me a job no nicely. I think this is still why I want to work there. I sent thank you emails to the team and most of them responded which isn't normal. Everyone was awesome. When I get more experience I am going to come back strong looking for a job!
