I went through a 3 step interview process. Was told by all of the interviewers that I was their choice, we negotiated pay, start date and everything. I ended up getting knocked off by HR saying they wanted someone else.

The Interview process was well organized. There was proper intimation and follow up for availability. It was done in a professional systematic way. Questions were relevant and queries were well handled.

Entretien
Had 3 rounds all in all. First round was the tough one where there were PM questions as well as analytical questions. Interviewer was friendly in nature but was very clear in what he wants.
