The people of Mobients are very kind. My interview has 3 steps:
1.Applied online and HR email me to set up an interview
2. Get the phone screening from HR
3. Phone interview with UX manager
4. On-site interview with CXO and CEO

Entretien
1st Phone Screen with HR, 2nd Phone Screen Skills with Design Department, 3rd In Person. I did not make it to the 2nd phone interview. HR manager was extremely pleasant and the company seemed like a wonderful place to work. It would be nice to know why I didn't move on to the 2nd round, but I never heard a reason.
