The interview process was very interactive. It was a 3 round process for me. All the 3 rounds were completed over the span of 2 weeks. The HR kept me up to date with the progress in the application through each step.

Overall, the interaction with the panel was insightful and well-conducted. However, I would like to highlight a concern regarding the interview process. I was encouraged to attend the in-person round with the understanding that it would likely lead to a same-day closure, which influenced my decision to make a same-day round trip covering a significant distance. This involved considerable time, effort and personal expense. While I was fully committed and made the necessary arrangements to attend, the outcome did not align with the expectations that were communicated. From a candidate experience perspective, it would be helpful if in-person rounds are scheduled only when a decision is highly likely, or if expectations are clearly communicated in advance. For earlier or evaluation-heavy stages, a virtual round could help avoid unnecessary travel and effort for candidates. I am sharing this feedback constructively with the intent of improving the experience for future candidates.
