I had applied and was reached out to the same day by a talent acquisitions team member to set up a phone screening. During the phone screening the employee who was interviewing me couldn't have been more disengaged. She gave no overview of the position whatsoever simply started with "how would you sell our product", I was shocked. Like what do you say to that? I'm sorry could you inform me a little more on who you are/ what your company is and what exactly you sell? This is an opportunity for me to learn about this company just as much as it is for you to learn about me. The recruiter had wrapped up the interview in under 5 minutes, I have never felt so rushed in an interview before and it was quite shocking.
