the interview was 80% focused on analog circuit design instead of analog physical design which is the core work of any layout engineer, a lot of concepts were not covered at the interview

The interview process was three interviews starting with team leader, then team manager, then analog layout assignment and finally the HR interview. the total interview period took around a month. they contacted me around one week before the technical interviews.
