Very straightforward and transparent about responsibilities, duties, and expectations for role in initial interview (which in other experiences for me personally was a big plus). The following interviews/screenings were all very reasonable, open, and straightforward with employees/managers that were clear and very knowledgeable about their relevant areas. Company culture was also a big draw during the process, which seems amazing so far and from word of mouth as i was a referral from a current employee. This separates the experience from most I have had in the past.
