I had previously applied to a different position and completed an in-person interview, but didn't receive an offer. Hiring manager decided to contact me 7 months later with a different position. I went in for another in-person interview, and had a panel of 4 people being in the room. The conversation lasted an hour as they asked a lot of questions.
