One of their hiring team members will interview you via phone. They will write down your answer, which will then be reviewed by senior staff. Then, you will need to wait until you got any feedback through email.

Entretien
After the application, the first stage was a phone interview with three behavioural questions about times ive approached uncertainty, danger and had to influence someone. The next stage was an assessment centre. Day started off with a fun team activity. The other stage was an interview and a group exercise. Group exercise was a problem about supporting a client and the interview consisted of a pre-prepared presentation about a Project as well as some other interview questions about passion and what you would do in the role. Overall, a nice assessment centre.
