I applied for the job online and received an email for a phone interview the next day. The recruiter asked me to fill out a 45-minute online assessment test. I had a phone interview with the recruiter, but I ended the interview after 5 minutes since she told me that the company could only pay a little bit above the minimum wage for a professional position (not a customer service rep).
