My process was a little different (and a bit longer) since I was relocating from the East Coast and the position was new. I had an initial in-person group interview, followed by two phone interviews, one of which I requested to help me understand the needs of the role better. Overall, this was my most positive interview experience. The questions were natural and focused a lot of time on my work style and goals, which helped me realize how great a fit the role would be for me.
