It was a phone interview. It is said several rounds, but i just attend the first one. the HR gave me a phone call and it lasted about 20 minutes. Later i received a rejection letter. The HR was very nice, but I knew there are a large chunk of employees

I went through phone interview and on-site interview. The phone interview was with HR and the on-site interview was with supervisor and group members. Interviewers are all very nice and professional.

after i sent out my resume i received a call from HR within a week. i had 2 phone interviews, first with the manger and associate and then with the senior vice president. in he first interview they went through my resume and asked me about my previous jobs and experiences. in the second interview they asked me more behavioral types of questions, when have you been in this situation and how did you react, etc...
