The process is informal with a mixture of the team asking questions about me and speaking about the company and what the specific role in question is. They care about demonstrated past experience & practical examples of where I’d applied my work previously.

It was very informal and I wouldn’t expect the same questions to come up in other interviews from them (aside from the cliche conversation starters)
