a laborious and redundant process it should have been my first warning sign. despite having 5 years more of experience they chose the other candidate because he would work for 10$ an hour less. they came back in 2 months because he didn't work out. this was in part due, i am sure, multiple layers of management from the hospital system that was intergrating them
