Innovative interviewing techniques - online. I answered their questions via video recording. Must've done well on the recorded interview as they flew me in for an interview. When I got to the interview it was as if they never saw my initial interview as I referenced it several times and out of all the people I met with only one indicated they had seen it. I didn't actually get to speak with the person who supervises that position until I was on-site; if I had of spoken to that person over the phone or video link, I would've never flown on-site to meet. While the process was innovative it didn't allow for personal interaction and for me to decide if I wanted to work for this organization and leader until it was too late.
