Step 1: HR Screening (30-min phone interview) Step 2: Hiring Manager (45-min zoom) Step 3: Meet the team (2 team members, 30/45-min zoom each) Step 4: C-Suite (30-min zoom) Miro's recruiting team is top notch – they were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process and were transparent about what to expect, timelines, and feedback – which is a rarity with hiring processes these days. I accepted the offer, but that aside, this was one of the best interview processes I've experienced in the last few years.
