J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Miro (Amsterdam) en mai 2022
Entretien
Usual technical interviews starting with a recruiter screen. Recruiter was wonderful and provided with all information patiently. I got a feeling that this js a great company to work for.
Cosing round was good. A simple coding problem. Interviewers were very helpful when I was stuck.
Design round was terrible. The interviewer could not comprehend what I was trying to say and was trying to force his opinion. He wouldn't let me talk and just kept telling design was wrong. Very close minded interview for an open ended question.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Miro
Entretien
Multistage process, hiring manager, team fit, technical coding, technical system design, product fit and finally a stage with the CTO.
Good communication at all stages but in the end it failed at the CTO stage which could have been solved by the recruiter which was very disappointing and a lot of time investment. Expect around 20 hours minimum investment in their process.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Miro (Berlin) en juill. 2022
Entretien
The interview process started with an initial system design exercise. Following that there was a coding challenge, and lastly a few behavioral interviews with the hiring manager, head of engineering of the stream, and lastly the head of engineering of the company. The entire process lasted about a month. I found the process to be extremely well organized an executed. At each step the recruiting team prepared me for who I was going to meet, how they related to the role for which I was interviewing, and the kinds of things they would be looking for during the interview. There was also plenty of preparation material to review at each step.
Questions d'entretien [3]
Question 1
System design - design/architect a system proposed by the interviewer.
Coding challenge - write some code to solve some specific real-world requirements. Note that this was not a leetcode-style "solve this tricky algorithm" question. There is no single "correct" solution and you will need to make decisions and be expected to justify them.
Behavioral - standard questions to assess leadership experience, ability to work with a team, ability to deal with failure, priorities, other challenges, ability to learn, grow, and drive change, etc...
