Performed six different interviews with six different company employees and managers. Mostly just blahs. After days of waiting at the last interview I got told they would prefer other candidates as I have a management experience. Even if this was clarified at the very beginning I was not looking for a management role and ready to be hands on. Good way to say "we pay less another guy".
