From the very beginning of the interview process I felt comfortable. I was able to meet with the hiring manager on my first interview within days of speaking with the recruiting team at Mirakl, and from there within in days they made it clear to me that they had sincere interest in my candidacy, and immediately set me up to meet wit two other VP's in the organization. After my three interviews it was only a few days later that I knew that I was being offered the position. I let them know during the interview process that I was not interested in waiting around weeks for a decision to be made on hiring me, and that if they wanted me, then they had to act swiftly...which they did. I find after completing all interviews that the waiting to hear back from the employer is the most frustrating part, but with Mirakl they made it very efficient and I felt well taken care of and this was a big part of what made me feel comfortable to male the move to this company.
