It consisted of a personal interview and a technical test. There were tree people from the company in the interview: two from human resources department and the Development Manager for Spain, it was very nice and everybody were very friendly, we spoke mainly about my professional background and experience. Technical test consisted of a theoretical part reviewing the possible failures in a C++ .h and a practical part developing a C++ process.
