Applied online. Asked to fill out another paper application before the interview. Demanded my ssn and driver's license number before we even spoke. They didn't seem to understand why I hesitated. I offered to give the information after the interview but they refused. Claimed this was standard procedure, zero flexibility. Be prepared to give your most personal info to a complete stranger before applying. I wasn't and left without an interview.
