J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mintel (Chicago, IL) en juin 2019
Entretien
Recruiter reached out to me for a different role, the salary wasn't on par with what I was looking for but after another phone call with a different recruiter they offered a different role that was more suited toward my goals.
After another phone screen for the new role, I then talked to the director. After a day or two, I met the director and the person who I would be replacing (they moved to a different department) and gave a presentation of my choice. After about an hour of conversation about market research and expectation, I received an offer the next day.
Everyone communicated effectively, efficiently, and I appreciated that HR went out of their way to suggest a role they had not initially recruited me for. I haven't started yet, but I can't wait!

I applied online, and received a call 3-5 days after submitting. The initial phone screen was with the recruiter (who was excellent- probably the best, most communicative recruiter I've ever dealt with). Then, I had a phone call with the hiring manager, which went very well and the hiring manager mentioned looking forward to my in-person interview. Unfortunately, the following week I was surprised to receive a form rejection email, so I decided to be bold and followed up with the recruiter asking for feedback. She let me know that they had promoted internally, which was so appreciative. I did apply for future positions, and contacted the recruiter directly who continued to be a big help. Unfortunately, I never landed anything with Mintel, but I had a good experience and I'll keep searching there for future opportunities.
