The recruiter was extremely professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with. The hiring manager though, a completely different story. On the first phone interview the HM was more than 20 minutes late so I had to reschedule. On the second interview, again, was more than 10 minutes late (didn't even offer an apology). On top, during the interview the HM was disengaged and not focused on the conversation, I even had two repeat questions twice. I felt my time was disrespected. It was however, a good indicator of a leadership style that doesn't resonate with me. So I'm glad this happened at early stages.
