I had a positive experience with the individuals I spoke with at Minted — everyone was professional and thoughtful. However, the interview process was quite extensive for a $21/hour role. It included four rounds of interviews plus a take-home assignment.
While I respect thorough hiring processes, the time commitment and expectations felt disproportionate to the compensation level. Ultimately, I chose not to continue because the scope of the process and demands did not feel aligned with the pay.
Candidates should be prepared for a multi-stage process and assignment, even for hourly roles.
