If you are selected for the interview you will be given a call for an interview at their head offce. Invited to their head office in the CBD. You will be asked common interview questions individually and put in scenarios of selling products in stores with a group of other interviewees. At the end they will let everyone know the candidates that have been chosen.
Easy, detailed and non-judgemental. The manager was a very nice person who just wanted the basic information, no elaborate questions or expectations. It was over in a few minutes and later that same day I received a message asking me if I would be available to start x day x shift. Very swift process.
