Group interview and personal interview. They will introduce about Miniso. It takes totally 2 hours. I passed the interview and they said that they would contact to me to inform the training time. In fact, 1 month later, I have never received any information from them

Easy, detailed and non-judgemental. The manager was a very nice person who just wanted the basic information, no elaborate questions or expectations. It was over in a few minutes and later that same day I received a message asking me if I would be available to start x day x shift. Very swift process.
