I have cleared all the round of interview and completed a very big 1 page newsletter task development and they informed me that my performance was highly positive. However, when I contacted the HR department expressing my willingness to work, they mentioned that the position was on hold due to information received from foreign counterparts.
I feel the Interview process not transparent, playing with the emotion of candidate.
Advice to Management:
Consider providing more frequent updates to candidates about the status of positions, particularly when there are delays or changes in hiring plans. This transparency can enhance the candidate experience and maintain goodwill even in uncertain circumstances.
