There was a written test via chat on facebook and then a physical interview was conducted after which a computerised language test and a second interview was conducted. The test and 2nd interview were conducted on separate dates

It was a very quick process and I was really amazed to see the responsiveness of heir process. It all started with a facebook advertisement, when I clicked on it, that took me to there chat portal where there executive had a chat with me. He asked me couple of questions, which I think he was trying to analyse my english writing skills. When he was satisfied with my writing skills, he gave me a date to visit their office for test and interview. So, 2 days later when I got there, I had a listening, reading, writing and typing test on computer. In test there was mcq's based on listening, a paragraph to read loud, a topic to write essay on (Tell us about yourself), and in the end a simple typing test to assess speed. Few minutes later, they call me for interview and asked few questions and offered me a job. Questions were like: Tell us about yourself. What do you know about mindbridge. Why do you want to join mindbridge. etc
