First round was through skype on general technical questions. Interviewer doesn't know for which project he is interviewing. Second one with their CTO who doesn't spend time on the interview which he has scheduled and assigned it to his junior. Though I was able to answer all the questions I have no clue why I have not got selected. HR promises to share feedback but did not bother to share the feedback. Looking at overall interview process I am glad that I have not got selected in such a dis-organised company.
