Applied from University, easy process no salary negotiations.
First round - Aptitude test.
Second round - Group Discussion
Third round - Technical and HR interview.
Easy Technical interview.
The aptitude test was easy , it had 3 sections
Quants , verbal and logic.
The GD topic was - Is facebook good or bad.

Entretien
Applied directly to Mindcraft,got a call from their HR.Scheduled telephonic first,Did not a get a call as per scheduled timing,I informed the HR,they call at any random time.
Telephonic Interview was scheduled next day,Asked all stupid question in Java,Like a method has number data type.I mean there are int,byte,float,double.What is number data type?
Then they kept on asking questions giving scenarios whose knowledge I do not have,how many methods are there to create singleton class,I only knew of getInstance().
Asking to tell queries in SQL over phone.,was pathetic.
After interview ,called HR 4 times and mailed as well for feedback.After a week she says you are rejected.
Do they really remember what was asked and what was answered?

Hiring process was well conducted , But technical Questions asked was basics of Java, And Resume based. Not much tough to crack.
Interviewer was not showing any kind of interest to ask any out of the box questions to 2 + yrs Exp person.Just basics that's it.
