Phone interview with Plant Manager and HR Adviser. Started off with the plant manager explaining the processes of nickel and cobalt manufacturing from start to finish. HR advisor mentioned about the roster 2 weeks on/off.

The process and interview was as you would expect= 1 hour long, talk about process in plant and standard questions. Site visit organised and carried out then to be told no budget for new staff mmmm !!! Waste of my time
