45 minutes of 20 questions including follow ups. After the interview I got an email saying I wasn’t passionate enough about corporate comms, which was strange because the employee interviewing me was working in the same role and said he had no idea what corporate communications even meant when he started the role.

I had two consultants interview me for about 50 min and like most interviews go they were neutral, friendly and curious about my experiences. There weren’t too many surprises however if you do give an opinion about a something comms related (eg. a campaign you liked or didn’t) they will lightly debate with you to see how good you are at supporting your point. But it was mostly an average interview and I enjoyed speaking with the consultants.
