The first interview occurred as part of a college recruitment process. I was then invited to a tour of their facility in St. Louis about a month later, where there were four half hour interviews with various employees from the different sections and one with HR over the phone. The day ended with lunch with several current employees in which you got to learn more about the company and the St. Louis lifestyle under a more casual setting.

Short and quick, really wanted to move to the next candidate. Felt like they just needed a body to fill in the position. Really was not that impressed with the experience as a whole.
