Pretty basic interview. The process was run by a women from HR and the manufacturing supervisor. They began openly telling about how they're has been a hiring freeze for 2 years along with a pay freeze for 2 years as well and explained how they were only hiring temps for now. Horrible thing is all of they're temporary employees make more money hourly then the people with similar positions who have been with the company for over 3 years. Which isn't saying much.
