You will have phone interview followed by in-person interview. After which if they find you suitable you will be called for a final group/panel interview where they will ask details about your future plans and will finalize you, if they like.

Had 2 on site interviews with simple easy HR questions. Simple technical questions about VLANS and STP. When I tried to negotiate the salary , made sure I found out what range of salary they were ready to offer and asked for a salary in that range and they replied that they have withdrawn their offer. I didnt even bother to reply since this is completely unprofessional behavior. The only thing I didn't understand is why would some one reject while your negotiating a salary and I would like to stress that I was extremely polite and showed great interest to join them.
