Process was very straightforward, I applied on handshake and received an email asking to schedule a phone screening a couple days later, after the phone screening I had an in-person interview at their Grand Rapids HQ, interview was with four employees from the department I was going to work in, very friendly and easy to talk to, interview almost felt like I was just catching up with friends.
