The interview was very short. I had to fill out a simple questionnaire asking where I stood in the real estate field. After the questionnaire sheet was filled, Marilee asked me a few questions in regards to my real estate experiences and described the day to day operations.

Very rushed and unprofessional. I was asked to fill out an elementary version of a potential-agent questionnaire and was passed around the office like the turkey at Thanksgiving. Talked to three different people in 20 minutes and left feeling like I had just tried speed dating. They made is sound great though! Come to find out, I NEVER got paid the commission or was granted the team they had promised me in that interview.
