Applied on company's website, got an online interview a month later. The interviewing panel was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. They explained how this new team is going to work etc.

Asked maybe 6-8 questions, very informal. Questions included, 'What would you do if you thought the interpreter wasn't interpreting what you are saying?' And 'why do you want to work for Migrant Help?'

Brilliant experience. Not too difficult and very varied questions. Time to think about answers with little pressure. Two interviewers who took turns asking questions. I now work for Migrant Help and find it a great place to work.
