Entretien
The first step is resume shortlisting followed by a group discussion and finally 2-3 rounds of personal interviews. The interviews are mostly based on guesstimates and case studies along with a few resume based questions.

Entretien
I had two personal interviews: the first focused mainly on guesstimates with some resume discussion, while the second involved intense resume grilling and challenging case studies, testing my problem-solving, analytical ability, and ability to stay composed under pressure.
2 Rounds of interview, quite similar questions in both, second round was more dedicated towards guesstimates actual calculation whereas first round was on how quick I can think of the answer
