The first step was filling up the form. Then CV shortlisting was done by the company on the basis of GPA. Then we had a GD round. After GD, there we 3 Personal Interview rounds. The level of questions increases at each round.

Long interview process. They make you prepare a presentation on a past project about supply chain. Get ready to answer questions about what went wrong and how you would have done it other wise.

Erster Kontakt über Job Portal. Anschliessend ein kurzer Call zwischen HR und mir (Teams).
Nach positiver Rückmeldung nach dem Erstkontakt dann vor Ort das Team kennengelernt. Am gleichen Tag auch noch Gespräch mit Management. Im Anschluss Online finalisiert.
