Initial communication and interview set up was via email and the first communication was with HR. The HR representative was excellent; however, the hiring managers and the interview process was not ideal. There was about a 20 minute session of listening to phone recordings of client sessions and taking down notes. The interview process seemed more focused on my time at my previous employers than about my experience and what I had to offer. I was also told I would receive communication about whether or not I would be offered the job after the 2nd interview and no communication was ever made. Very unprofessional.
