I was hired on the spot as an Elementary teacher and was told I would get a phone call in a couple of days to be told whether it would be second, third or fourth grade. I have a Masters in Education with a focus in counseling so they placed me with the fourth grade team and I feel that may have been a good fit. It was a wonderful, smooth process and it felt like home immediately.

Entretien
I met with the principal and two assistant principals. They asked me basic questions about my teaching background and gave me insight into the position. We talked for about thirty minutes.
