Interview through career fair during covid on 2021. Done through zoom meeting. Have three stages of interviews to get to this position. 1 is group interview and proceed to managers 1:1 interviews. I went for 3 managers for different roles. I choose 1 of them and proceed to the last stage with the manager.

I was given by a pair of friendly interviewers. They let me finish the technical test and then take the test to meet the interviewers. Interviewers are professional engineers in their own role and they even shared more details about the job they are hiring.
Face to face at site, standard interview process.
First round had one interviewer, just an overall culture fit check to see if you are capable of understanding the needs of the team.
